Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
For our standard shipping on Yoga Mats, please allow 2-7 business to receive your order dependent on location. For our clothing (yoga leggings), please allow 2-3 business days to process before being shipped. This is because all clothing is produced on demand, fresh for your best!!
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. All our yoga mats and clothing are shipped tracked.
You can cancel the order after placing it ONLY before it has been shipped (No cancellations after it has been shipped, only returns through our return process). You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check if the order has been shipped yet or not. If the order has left the warehouse, then unfortunately it will have to follow our return policy and customer would have to send it back to us in original condition before we release a full refund.
Our goal is to create the most enjoyable customer experience for yourself at YogaTotems. Any product can be returned (in its original condition) for a full refund (except shipping) within 14 days of delivery date. If you would like to exchange or you have passed the 14 day refund window, we can exchange for store credit within 30 days of delivery date hassle free. If you need to make a return, please send the unworn/ unused product to our address and email us to start the return process. We will also be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on items availability).

* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have original packaging and tags attached.
* Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Please strictly follow the return/exchange procedure, we reserve the rights to refuse returns for items that we don't receive, do not meet hygiene and health regulations or are no longer sellable for other reasons.

Step 4: Product passing inspection of above conditions
